Darren Sander has been deeply rooted in agriculture his entire life. Growing up on a second-generation farm in Wilkie, SK, he developed a passion for the land and the farming community. Later, he built and operated a successful custom harvesting business, gaining valuable experience in the agricultural industry.

Since 2012, Darren has dedicated his expertise to helping farmland owners navigate the often complex process of exit strategies. Understanding the profound emotional and financial connections that landowners have to their properties, he is committed to ensuring their legacies are respected and preserved throughout the negotiation process.

Drawing on his extensive experience as both a Realtor and a Custom Harvester, Darren has a unique perspective on the challenges faced by farmland owners during transitions. His hands-on knowledge of the industry, combined with his leadership roles, allows him to provide unparalleled guidance and support.

Tyler Sander was immersed in agriculture from the very beginning, joining the harvest run in the USA at just one day old. By age 14, he was already operating a combine, showcasing a natural aptitude and passion for the industry.

Fast forward to today, Tyler has spent the last four years excelling in Residential Real Estate. During this time, he has earned numerous Top Producer accolades at RE/MAX Saskatoon and expanded his expertise by obtaining a license to trade real estate in Manitoba.

Over the past two years, Tyler has focused on mastering the farmland sector. Working closely with Darren, he has gained valuable experience in paperwork, drone footage, advertising, client meetings, and, most importantly, understanding the significance of relationships in the farmland business.

Darren and Tyler share a deep passion for connecting with farmers and building lifelong relationships. They love nothing more than hitting the road, putting on the miles, and getting to know the people who make agriculture thrive.
